Promero Now Offering Oracle CRM OnDemand

Contact Center solutions provider Promero, has announced it added Oracle (News
) CRM OnDemand to its professional services offering.
Promero is a member of the Oracle Partner Network and as per the Oracle CRM OnDemand Distribution Agreement, will now be able to offer solutions that "encapsulate a unified software solution to customer care call centers."
The inclusion of Oracle CRM OnDemand is in addition to the Oracle Contact Center Anywhere software that Promero has been offering since 2003.
Serving customers through its hosting facilities, Promero offers a number of solutions for the virtual call center, on demand CRM, lead management and chat and routing software.
Just last week, the company announced
that their Anywhere On Demand hosted service offering would be enhanced with the new features included in Oracle's Contact Center Anywhere v8. This includes Multi-Channel ACD, Built-In Softswitch (SIP IP PBX (News
)) and TDM Switching for skills-based routing as well as a universal queue for phone calls, e-mails, faxes, voicemails, voice-over-Web calls, and more.
Promero also worked with Oracle do Brasil back in March
to provide on-site sales training services to the company's direct sales team in that region which included training of new features in Oracle's Contact Center Anywhere V8.
Back in September of last year, the company also announced a Disaster Recovery OnDemand service www.disasterrecoveryondemand.com
in a bid to help Business Continuity Managers responsible for telecommunications to have instant access and route calls as needed.
