Frost & Sullivan Latin American Contact Center Applications Growth Leadership Award 2012 Goes to Altitude Software
The award recognizes Altitude’s impressive growth of its contact center applications in the Latin America market.

Frost & Sullivan presents this award annually to the company that has demonstrated excellence in capturing the highest annual compound growth rate for the past three years. Altitude Software has indicated to have gained the leadership position in the outbound segment for Latin America.
“Altitude Software’s revenue growth in Latin America in 2011 strengthened its standing in the overall contact center applications sector, with 3.3 percent of market share. In the outbound segment, Altitude posted an increase of 4.6 percent, returning the company to its leadership position in this sector in Latin America,” states Manuel Gonzalez, Industry Manager from Frost & Sullivan.
“This performance in 2011 indicates that Altitude was not only growing organically, but was also likely displacing competitors in the Latin American market.”
