Really Simple Systems Announces Launch of New Mobile CRM Application for Medium and Small Sized Organizations

December 27, 2011

Really Simple Systems, a web based provider of customer relationship management solutions, has announced its latest offering, New Mobile CRM application, designed ideally for medium and small sized business customers. The company in its announcement stated that the new Web based CRM application has been developed to function with iPhones and Blackberries as well as Android (News - Alert) or Windows based phones. The new mobile CRM solution can also be used over Internet-enabled smart devices and tablets.

Really Simple Mobile CRM has been designed with a wide range of functionalities which provide users with access to the customer, prospect and sales data of the company all in real-time. The solution allows customers to retrieve as well as update information for tasks, accounts, contacts, activities, and opportunities. Additionally, the Web based CRM application features Google (News - Alert) Maps which has been included to deliver location-based services, for customers such as directions and maps.

In a release, John Paterson, CEO of Really Simple Systems, said that, "By building the application in HTML5 we have avoided the synchronisation, installation, and maintenance issues associated with downloadable apps. Running the mobile CRM application over the Web makes sure that all updates are in real time and stays true to the 'no local software' cloud philosophy. The need for physical infrastructure can hamstring a small company's ability to grow. Access to all of the company's resources while out and about is essential to an increasingly mobile workforce, and the cloud CRM is the perfect mechanism to deliver these simple business solutions via smartphones."

The mobile CRM application is up for use by Enterprise Edition customers at no charge. While Premium Edition customers will be charged per user cost on a monthly basis. Along with medium and small sized organizations, the new mobile CRM application can be used by departments of large sized organizations interested in deploying an easy to use system for CRM sales, support and marketing.
