iCIMS Launches Pre-Configured Version of its Applicant Tracking Software for VSBs

In a press release, iCIMS informed that the newly released software, called iCIMS NOW has been designed specifically for companies with fewer than 100 employees.
The company also announced that the software is available currently available on http://www.icimsnow.com. The product has been priced at $199 per month. The company invited the interested organizations to take a free thirty day trial for same-day deployment of the software.

Built with defined configurations based on a decade of experience and more than 1000 software deployments, iCIMS NOW is intended to simplify the evaluation and implementation process for very small businesses (VSBs).
Being pre-configured, the iCIMS NOW customers won’t have to go through the implementation process. The customers can begin using the recruiting software immediately.
In the press release, the maker of, iCIMS NOW said that iCIMS NOW is supported by the same customer service that supports the larger Talent Platform and is available 24 hours a day, five days a week. Growing companies in the need for a more tailored solution can easily scale into the larger Talent Platform.
“We are incredibly excited to offer an easy to use, affordable applicant tracking system for very small businesses that are frustrated by piles of paper resumes, but do not require the same level of system implementation associated with our broader candidate and employee management solutions,” iCIMS' CEO Colin Day noted in a statement.
