Comarch Unveils New Version of its Loyalty Management Solution

Facilitating the development of effective, unique loyalty programs for residential, SOHO, SMEs and enterprise segments, Comarch (News - Alert) has announced the new version of its Comarch Loyalty Management.

Comarch Loyalty Management is a comprehensive suite of business applications for managing both simple and advanced loyalty programs. The system distinguishes itself with flexibility, ergonomic user interface and ease of operations. Scalable architecture guarantees adjusting the loyalty program to the company's growth.

Various channels of communication such as email, SMS, POS, call center and customer portal are directly supported by Comarch Loyalty Management. Even the most complicated loyalty program can be easily developed, ran and tracked by marketers and product managers, thanks to modern rule-based mechanisms, advanced customer profile management features and a user-friendly drag and drop interface, the company stated in a press release.

Piotr Machnik, EVP Product Management & Marketing at Comarch’s Telecommunications Business Unit, said, “We are observing an increase in the saturation of the telecom market which drives CSPs to look for new methods of lowering customer retention costs and attracting customers attention to next generation telecommunication and content-based services. This is why we prepared a special offer for telecoms, based on our Comarch Loyalty Management suite, which has been on the retail market for over 10 years now.”

From communication with participants, logistics, creation of business rules and analysis of data, to cooperation with telecom or content providers, as well as global loyalty program operators, Comarch Loyalty Management supports the entire process of creating and maintaining loyalty programs. According to the needs of the telecom operator, it can be applied to programs of various scales, both multi-partner and stand-alone.

The company opened a subsidiary in Luxembourg in May. Comarch Luxembourg S.a.R.L will primarily deal with providing solutions for the financial sector. The new company, based on shared resources and an experienced team of business consultants, IT specialists and system engineers, will implement applications and software solutions for the financial sector as well as providing consulting and maintenance services.
