Access Delivers GoldMine CRM Solution for Princess Yachts International

Princess Yachts International chose Access over Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics to implement the GoldMine CRM solution that will enable them to support their clients and distributors proficiently. Access is a consulting-led business and finance software provider and has become Europe’s largest resellers of the GoldMine Enterprise Edition CRM solutions.

Princess Yachts, the leading manufacturer of luxury motor yachts, have earned quite a reputation in the marine industry. With export sales contributing around 90% of the £200m revenue globally, Princess Yachts employs around 1,900 staff members and manufactures a range of luxury motor boats ranging from 42 feet to 130 ft. It was also recently awarded the ‘Motor Boat of the Year 2010’ title for its sports cruisers over 45 ft.

Anita Gruitt, who is the business systems manager for Princess Yachts, said “Our standards are rigorous and uncompromising. We’re a low volume, high value business so every element of our product and service has to be impeccable – and we need the relevant systems in place to back this up.”

Using the unique solution, Anita and her team are looking forward to a much improved and upgraded system, and enhanced services for clients and distributors. As the winner of the FrontRange Solutions (News - Alert) Partner, Access will implement a 25-user system within Princess Yachts’ sales and after-sales departments. According to Anita, Princess Yachts’ reputation is based on its original core values that include dedication to quality, strength and integrity in both design and build. The company aims to apply the same kind of values to the services it provides to its clients and distributors that are always expecting the best. She added that each year around 400 customers join Princess Yachts, out of which 60+ are global customers from Monaco, Jordon, Hong Kong, and other locales.

GoldMine from FrontRange Solutions helps develop powerful business and CRM solutions. Commenting on the Access alliance, Anita noted that the “GoldMine solution will provide us with the tools to support our clients and distributors proficiently. We believe that GoldMine will support all our requirements and that Access is best placed to both customize and integrate the CRM package with our other business systems, including our bespoke master production software.” She is confident that Access will provide the most proficient and ideal solution, tailor-made as per Princess Yachts’ requirement.
