Cable service providers are provided with intuitive tools by CSG's Product Catalog and Offer Management solutions. Cable service providers can quickly introduce new product bundles, target promotional offers based on customer attributes, improve sales effectiveness and reduce call center handling times with the help of these tools.
Atlantic Broadband can now improve the way services are created, packaged, priced and offered to customers by leveraging on both product catalog and offer management capabilities. These two CSG solutions can be leveraged by Atlantic Broadband to help their customer service team to intuitively manage the introduction and selling of new products and bundles.
In a release, David Isenberg, SVP, products and business development, Atlantic Broadband said, "Atlantic Broadband has set key goals for our use of these solutions, including having an easier way to manage product and pricing relationships, creating a better way for call center agents to quickly identify the best service bundles to offer customers and providing a better way for marketing teams to create offers that will be compelling to customers. All product and service information will be streamlined into a simple, unified product catalog with the product catalog capabilities. Marketers will therefore find it easier to create and design attractive bundles relative to specific customer segments.
Leveraging the information and intelligence native to the product catalog, call center agents are helped by CSG’s offer management capabilities to improve the selling process. Agents are allowed to up-sell and cross-sell targeted bundle offers based on any number of customer profile attributes with these offer management capabilities.
