CAR-Research XRM Announces New Bundled-Apps CRM Solution

A new Bundled-Apps Solution of Customer Relationship Management and Marketing solutions has been introduced by CAR-Research XRM at the 8th Annual Digital Dealer Conference in Orlando, Florida.

'Welcome to the future of CRM,' Kurt Kubicki, vice president of marketing for CAR-Research XRM, observes. 'When we saw the game changing success of App-based mobile telephony, and how it has revolutionized the cell phone industry, we went to work 'round the clock' in our Houston Technology Center to create a similar environment for auto dealers, allowing them to access numerous Apps from one vendor.'

Company officials claim that their new Bundled-Apps Solution offers automobile dealers significant savings and the ability to reduce the large number of outside vendors that are used to supply cutting edge technology and marketing services to a dealership, auto group, or manufacturer. 'We have developed over 50 CRM and Marketing related Apps, which can be bundled into custom solutions for a more efficient and cost effective approach to CRM, Marketing, and software delivery,' Kubicki, added.

Data integration is another key advantage when retailers consolidate vendors. An auto dealer currently may have 5 vendors with separate databases which do not communicate with each other. With the help of XRM, the five separate databases can be consolidated into one master database. This database will be tied to a dynamic marketing engine that a dealer can manipulate internally across all departments, or in enterprise mode.

More effective marketing campaigns and more accurate ROI reporting is created by this, based on a retailer's own data.

At the 8th Annual Digital Dealer Conference in Orlando, Florida on April 20th, CAR-Research XRM demonstrated the Bundled-Apps CRM Solution concept.

In related news, CAR Research XRM will be participating in the Reynolds third party access program, which provides a platform for handling dealership data in a safe, secure, and verifiable manner.
