ExpertALERT 3.40 - Machinery Condition Assessment Software unveiled by Azima DLI

Data collection is fifty percent faster for DCX and DCA-60 data collectors with the data collection time reduced from 37 seconds to 19 seconds. User-defined points may now be defined at the plant or area level of the database hierarchy. UDPs allow external files of any type to be embedded in the ALERT database and referenced from the application software. The accuracy of the Bearing Fault Frequencies has been improved with the new Bearing Database Update Tool. ExpertALERT 3.40 has support for Window 7 Operating System. There is an option for 'Quick Review' in the Expert menu for results that have not been reviewed and can be automatically screened based on severity level. ExpertALERT has new support for Single-Axis (News - Alert) Sensors. The software also has the ability to override sensitivity settings for triaxial accelerometers.
