Steria Agile Billing Launched by Steria France and FTS

FTS, a prominent billing and policy control specialist, has introduced “Steria Agile (News - Alert) Billing” solution with a partnership with Steria France. This move will help the operator to establish a new relationship with its customers.
This solution, in particular, is designed for the telecommunications industry. It will help operators to improve their pricing and billing processes intelligently in order to provide increasingly customized services to the consumer.

Steria Agile Billing solution can aid operators to rapidly launch new offerings in line with the complexity of the constantly changing service provider environment. It allows marketing teams to quickly configure new services, new offerings or attractive special promotions.
The new offering makes the customer central to the billing system by monitoring their usage in real time, noted Nir Asulin, VP Operations, FTS.
Citing the DO Tree to be an extremely intuitive modelling system, Asulin said that it enables the marketing function to build pricing rules and models which considers each customer’s usage patterns and their choices.
Thierry Gohon, director of Telecoms Development, Steria France noted Steria’s expertise in the telecommunications market and its familiarity with the business challenges facing this sector.
This partnership has allowed them to provide a next-generation billing offering that addresses the difficulties faced by the market which they witness first-hand.
