Proxy Networks Intros PROXY Pro 6.10

June 29, 2009
Proxy Networks announced that its latest upgrade, version 6.10 of its major product PROXY Pro, is now available for procurement, and its enhanced features include support of remote desktop services, including screen recording, for thin clients supporting terminal services sessions.
Officials at the company say that its latest solution is unlike similar output products because it does not require mini software apps to be run on the computer and its connected screen that requires frequent checking. The solution goes one step further and interoperates with terminal services sessions at the terminal server, allowing for highly efficient screen capture and seamless frame recording, remote control and remote monitoring, say official sources.
"PROXY Pro 6 has been deployed for screen recording by thousands of call centers and operations control centers around the world," said Andy Kim, chief executive officer of Proxy Networks. “The server-side remote desktop services in PROXY Pro 6.10 allow them to quickly and easily extend screen recording and monitoring capabilities to tens of thousands of terminal session seats.”
The company said the new solution has been fine tuned so that call centers using Windows Terminal Server or Citrix XenApp Server can monitor and record terminal services sessions much faster, without any glitches and significantly reduced, or negligible, latency rates, and in the process deliver higher, more consistent and improved customer experience levels than it previous releases.
Proxy Networks had just released in end May an improved version of PROXY Pro version 6.10 that included: remote management software tools to view and repair configuration settings on remote PCs in real-time, and without disturbing the currently logged-on user; generating inventory of hardware and software assets on a remote computer; view system settings on a remote computer; view and modify registry settings on a remote computer view services on a remote computer and start, stop, and restart them remotely; view processes on a remote computer and stop them remotely; and, view user, group and system accounts on a remote computer.
The latest upgraded version now can: one click access to monitor terminal sessions; enter keyboard and mouse commands into terminal sessions; view and change configuration settings for terminal sessions; record screen activity on more than one terminal session; and, store and scrutinize all data in central location.
