Ribbit Now Oracle CRM On Demand Inner Circle Partner

Ribbit, the first phone company of Silicon Valley, has been selected by Oracle (News - Alert) to be a member of its CRM On Demand Inner Circle Partner Initiative. Ribbit will also be featured at the invitation-only Social CRM Inner Circle Community Reception tonight and on the DEMOgrounds Monday through Thursday at Oracle OpenWorld 2008.

The carrier-grade telephony platform from Ribbit (News - Alert) is designed to enable voice automation in the Oracle CRM On Demand application. Through the incorporation of voice into the workflow of the solution, mobile workers can dramatically increase productivity and close more deals while on the go.

"Our product management team has thoroughly reviewed the partner ecosystem for the most synergistic solutions from our partners," said Julie Adams, Vice President CRM On Demand Products for Oracle, in a Monday statement.
 
"We believe Ribbit, as part of the Oracle CRM On Demand Inner Circle Partner Initiative, will provide our customers and prospects complementary value-added functionality in the mobile voice communications arena."

"Being chosen for Oracle's Inner Circle is a tremendous honor and reflects Ribbit's increasingly successful presence in the enterprise CRM space," said Greg Goldfarb, Vice President of Enterprise Applications for Ribbit, in the Monday statement.
 
"The Oracle CRM On Demand community will have access to a proven productivity enabler -- the ability to transform talking on mobile phones into automated CRM information flow."

"Ribbit is a clear leader in providing voice integration for on-demand CRM applications," said Ted Griggs, chief executive officer for Ribbit, in Monday’s statement. "Early traction in the CRM space is indicative of the promise of the Ribbit platform across the on-demand business application industry.”

Ribbit joins what is considered to be a prestigious community of innovative companies including: ActivePrime, Antenna, BigMachines, BlueRoads, Cast Iron, Eloqua, Helpstream, Hoover's Connect, InsideView, Right90, SAVO, Vovici, White Springs, and Xactly (News - Alert).

Ribbit has done well to prove itself and its solution worthy of designation by Oracle in this most prestigious of communities. This latest honor for the company will not only expand its ability to network within the Oracle Inner Circle community, it will also enable Ribbit to expand its reach with by capitalizing on Oracle brand. As such, Ribbit will be able to strengthen its own brand and thus drive increased demand and market share.
