EkoBuzz' Online Marketing Software Now Available with CRM Capabilities

EkoBuzz, a digital marketing company, offers web-based email and mobile marketing suite to help companies create and manage marketing campaigns. Compatible with all browsers including mobile phones, the EkoBuzz solution has now been upgraded with advanced searching and reporting capabilities that simplifies sales managers’ efforts to track sales activities and monitor sales pipeline over various time periods.

The CRM capabilities were added into its solution after the company received request from an existing customer as it believes that customers are its partners.

EkoBuzz also emphasized that its new solution is not offered as a competition to offerings from saleforce.com or other CRM vendors in the space. The objective of its offering is to let customers have an option to make use of a single repository to store lead, prospects and customer data.
