Callidus Software Unveils Enhanced Monaco SPM Suite with Focus on Rapid ROI

Callidus Software, a provider of sales performance management solution, announced its Monaco Fall '09 release with new features for its on-demand SPM suite, which company officials claim, deliver unprecedented agility and rapid ROI.
 
The Callidus Monaco SPM Suite enables business users to implement and deploy a sales performance solution without reliance on IT, say Callidus officials. The application automatically handles user creation and permissions.
 
With Monaco SPM Suite in place, data can be directly loaded into the system from the user interface from programs such as Microsoft (News - Alert) Excel. Workflows can be deployed through straight-forward business questions in Monaco's graphical user interface.
 
One of the enhancements of Monaco Fall '09 is Callidus Communicator, a new tool that enables accelerated plan distribution and approval to ensure sales teams receive compensation updates quickly and on-time.
 
Callidus Communicator, according to officials, provides an additional sales-facing solution on the Monaco platform. It streamlines the sales incentive process for faster go-to-market deployment and increased sales productivity.
 
With Callidus Communicator, businesses can quickly and accurately communicate sales incentives and contracts to their field organizations, update the field on mid-year changes, and monitor acceptance, company officials said. In effect, the solution decreases time and manual effort of managing and tracking signoff so businesses can work on completing sales and not paperwork.
 
Monaco Fall ’09 also includes a pre-packaged plans library that allows for faster start up, quick time-to-value. Callidus officials claim that the plans library offers best practices analytics directly out-of-the-box for stakeholders across various roles.
 
With added mobile support, the new Monaco Suite allows the sales force to access up-to-date compensation reports on the go for increased convenience and faster processing.
Also included in the new Callidus Monaco Suite is the enhanced visualization graphics that helps businesses fuel the productivity of key sales processes. With this, business users can visualize their projected and actual targets in real time to assess alignment with corporate objectives.

Heynike added that customers will especially benefit from features like rapid on-boarding, plan, quota and territory deployment, as well as payment and report generation. “By productizing our industry-leading IP, businesses can swiftly adopt best practices for incentives and performance monitoring shortly after implementation.”
 
Callidus Monaco Suite offers over 20 plans and re-usable components to achieve faster implementation and ROI, company officials said.
 
In a recent development, Callidus Software (News - Alert) introduced OpenCommissions, a vendor-neutral sales performance management community, with an aim to easily connect with professionals for advice, learn from other SPM users and access critical information, TMCnet reported.
