TMC Announces 2009 IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award Winners
Norwalk, CT (June 19, 2009) -- Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC) today announced the IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award winners presented by Customer Interaction Solutions magazine. Customer Interaction Solutions has been the premier publication in the CRM, call center and teleservices industries since 1982.
