CRM Manager to Buy Redxlerant
By Narayan Bhat, TMCnet Contributor
An on-demand software consultancy firm, CRM manager, is set to acquire Dallas-based Redxlerant Inc. to expand its reach nationwide. Redxlerant provides CRM software development and consulting. Both are Salesforce.com (News - Alert) consulting partners.
Analysts believe the acquisition is a right move as it will enable Malvern, Pa.-based CRM Manager to expand its geographic footprint, enhance its software-as-a-service (SaaS (News - Alert)) consulting capabilities and add key Redxlerant executive talent.
CRM manager provides integration and consulting services for users of on-demand software.
According to their statement, Redxlerant’s CEO and co-founder, Ernie Megazzini, will become a managing partner of CRM manager, along with CRM manager’s founder, Andy Atkins, and Tom Behlau, who already are managing partners of the company. Redxelerant’s president and another co-founder, Raymon Howington, will serve in a transitional role.
The acquisition is likely to be closed by January of next year. Neither company has disclosed financial details of the deal.
Redxlerant’s clientele include companies such as Modspace, e-Rewards, Pure Energy, Energy Education, Upsite Technologies, US Now, New Creature, RF Monolithics, Hendricks & Partners, Vocalocity (News - Alert), Temporary Accommodations, Basin Environmental and Southwest Petroleum.
"Redxlerant has very similar approaches to implementing and maintaining on-demand solutions and our complementary skill sets will enable us to expand our service capabilities as well as help us attain premier status with salesforce.com," said CRM manager’s founder Andy Atkins.
"The demand for SaaS consulting services is growing rapidly," said Megazzini. “Joining forces will enable us to become a national SaaS consulting and integration firm, better serving our growing client base."
CRM manager offers business process consultancy and SaaS expertise in application configuration, analytics, integration, education and on-going consulting services.
