RAB Implements Ontario Systems Verified Contacts On-Demand

Regional Adjustment Bureau (RAB) has announced the implementation of Ontario Systems (News - Alert) Verified Contacts On-Demand, a Software-as-a-Service module. RAB is a privately-owned collection agency. Founded in 1971, RAB has a quality team of managers, trainers and collectors.
According to Greg Eberly, the special projects manager at RAB, “We chose Ontario Systems' Verified Contacts On-Demand product because we knew Ontario Systems would make a successful implementation a very high priority, we knew that Ontario Systems would be very sensitive to any production downtime, and we understood the value of the tight integration built into the core application with the call center solutions.”
The Verified Contacts On-Demand from Ontario Systems provides RAB with complete integration. This eliminates the upload/download process which is required with other vendors and also provides all the benefits of a pay-as-you-go model.
The solution also ensures FOTI compliance by following the American Collectors Association recommendations. RAB has been able to realize significant savings by using the Verified Contacts On-Demand. These include 25 percent savings on the hard dollar cost and savings in labor costs.
Ontario Systems was chosen when RAB decided to implement hosted telephony products. On the other hand, Ontario Systems took this opportunity to extend its product line to include a SaaS (News - Alert) environment. The Verified Contacts voice broadcasting system is offered through a single and secure hosted platform. RAB has been able to provide greater service at a lower cost by choosing Verified Contacts On-Demand.
