Drishti Provides Better View of Business Process Matrices

Drishti has introduced a new product to provide a better view of business process matrices called Ameyo Stats Wallboard.

According to Drishti, Ameyo Stats Wallboard adds value to contact centers by providing a bird's eye view of all operations in a contact center, resulting in better management and delivering an increase of the overall business productivity.

Drishti claims its Ameyo Stats Wallboard is already in use by several leading contact center, and has replaced legacy applications, driving increased operational productivity and efficiency for businesses.

“Ameyo Stats Wallboard adds value to contact centers as it provides a better view of business process matrices. It comes integrated with Stats Manager that automatically updates statistical information onto the wallboard,” said Sachin Bhatia, VP- Business Development at Drisht in a release.

Elaborating further on Ameyo Stats Wallboard, Drishti says that the embedded Stats Manager goes beyond the concept of displaying information on a single screen and enables multiple-screen display.

The program features highly customizable dashboards have the ability to provide information in graphical and tabular formats. Also, these dashboards can display statistics of distinct processes such as KPI's, team and individual performances.

Ameyo Stats Wallboard is suited well for businesses that are engaged in multiple processes. The product allows users to plan effectively, maintain key service quality deliveries and maximize profitability.

“It can seamlessly map to changing business process flows allowing for easy communication of key metrics to agents, team leaders and managers which in turn help significantly raise the standards of customer care," adds Bhatia in the release.
