Bluewolf Announces New Customer Life Cycle Process Consulting Service

Consulting firm Bluewolf announced at the Dreamforce ’09 Conference a new customer and channel lifecycle service that leverages cloud-based solutions such as Salesforce.com (News - Alert).
A salesforce.com partner since 1999, Bluewolf has implemented Salesforce CRM and Force.com for thousands of enterprise organizations. With the new service announced at the conference, Bluewolf said is helping its clients improve business process from demand generation to customer care.
According to Bluewolf officials, the new solution has already been adopted by Time Warner (News - Alert) Cable, Beazer Homes and Sunquest Information Systems, resulting in improved customer service and sales processes.

At the Dreamforce 09, Bluewolf is also hosting panels, including "Finding Your Way to Full Compliance: Automating Channel Compliance," on Thursday.
The panel on compliance will include real-life stories from enterprises that are finding their way to compliance, providing a robust defense against fraud and illegal transactions, from deal registration to electronic signatures, said Bluewolf officials.
