Akvelon Releases Global Search Engine for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0
November 09, 2009
Business and technology consulting firm, Akvelon Inc., has reportedly launched a new global search engine for Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM 4.0, which makes finding CRM data easier and faster.
Microsoft DynamicsTM CRM 4.0 is a customer relationship management system that enables worldwide organizations the applications and tools they need to improve marketing, sales, and customer service efficiency and effectiveness.
"The ubiquity of Web-based search experiences has set high standards and expectations," said Sergei Dreizin, CEO at Akvelon, said in a statement. "On its own, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, while setting the standard in CRM, did not meet users' need to quickly find information. Akvelon Dynamics Global Search bridges that gap and integrates seamlessly with CRM 4.0."
Akvelon Dynamics Global Search lets users search across all entities, fields and records via Web-like search and navigation. The key advantage here is that a single search query will return results from various data fields, including customers, accounts and activities; queries are easily customized, and the user interface provides an intuitive search experience. Moreover, Global Search settings can be updated as needed by adding or removing search results display columns and search attributes.
"Akvelon Dynamics Global Search allows CRM 4.0 users to access the data they need quickly and accurately, without having to guess which keyword might result in that e-mail address or number they're looking for," Dreizin said. "Global Search brings to CRM 4.0 the simple, effective search functionality we've all become used to."
The company plans to offer a free 30-day trial of Dynamics Global Search.
Specializing in cloud computing, CRM solutions and mobile technology, Akvelon
Inc. is a privately held company headquartered in Bellevue, Wash. Akvelon
Inc. was recently recognized by Puget Sound Business Journal as one of the largest Web development companies in the Pacific Northwest.
