Redkneee Wins TMC's 2009 INTERNET TELEPHONY Excellence Award

Business-critical software and solutions provider Redknee (News - Alert) has announced that its customer care solution, One Call Resolution, has received TMC’s, or “Technology Marketing Corporation,” 2009 INTERNET TELEPHONY BSS/OSS Excellence Award presented by INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine.

In September, TMCnet reported that One Call Resolution has won the InfoVision Award from the International Engineering Consortium.

Based on patented and patent pending technologies, Redknee's One Call Resolution solution allows customer service representatives and tactical network support technicians to easily and effectively resolve network glitches. The solution facilitates more and more “first call resolution” of subscriber complaints. It also gives support representatives a more holistic view of subscriber services allowing them to handle customer calls more quickly. Operators can also use the solution to integrate their customer care processes with existing ticketing and care systems, ensuring greater customer satisfaction.

Chief Technology Officer at Redknee, Bohdan Zabawskyj, said that the company is honored to be included among this year's Internet Telephony (News - Alert) BSS/OSS Excellence Award winners.
