Maximizer Software Joins Rogers Wireless Mobile Data Alliance

Maximizer Software Inc., a provider of customer relationship management, or “CRM,” and mobile CRM systems, is now a member of the Rogers Wireless (News - Alert) Mobile Data Alliance program.
 
The program consists of a consortium of technology companies working together to provide high-performance wireless data solutions to corporate and general business customers.
 
With this, Maximizer Mobile CRM is now a certified solution for Rogers Wireless corporate as well as general business customers looking for business applications to complement Roger's existing high-performance wireless data systems.
 
According to company officials, this is the fourth key wireless carrier relationship agreement for the company in 2009. This will facilitate the company to meet Mobile CRM customers’ demands as well as to continue capitalizing on the growing demand for smartphone business applications.
 
Maximizer Mobile CRM provides professionals in the field with instant access to information such as customer history, leads, sales opportunities, dashboards, customer service cases, customer notes, documents and schedules.
 
Apart from providing email and scheduling capabilities, Maximizer Mobile CRM helps organizations to reduce staff downtime and increase field productivity; increase customer face time by reducing time spent on office administration; enhance customer relationship by reviewing up-to-date customer details before a meeting; and improve real-time visibility into sales and staff activities.
 
“Maximizer Mobile CRM gives the executive team a tremendous strategic advantage in having near real-time customer information flowing in from the field, which ultimately allows SIGVARIS to remain a proactive customer service organization,” Byron MacPhee, vice president of sales, SIGVARIS U.S., said.
 
Additionally, company officials said that Mobile CRM offers several options for many mobile devices and smartphones, such as MaxMobile for BlackBerry, MaxMobile for Windows Mobile, Wireless Web Access for iPhone, HTC, Google Android (News - Alert) and Nokia, and MaxLink for Palm.
 
With the certification from Rogers Wireless corporate, Maximizer Mobile CRM now supports all of Rogers Wireless’ mobile platforms including Windows Mobile, BlackBerry, iPhone (News - Alert), and Nokia smartphone devices.
