Contactology's New Importer Driver Lets Zoho CRM Users Access Email Marketing Tools

The new importer driver for Zoho (News - Alert) CRM from Contactology reportedly helps Zoho customers add CRM contacts directly to their e-mail marketing application. Contactology provides tools to strengthen communication with customers and constituents through e-mail marketing and online surveys.
Contactology’s new importer driver helps SMB marketers have greater access to fully-integrated enterprise-level campaigns to help drive user engagement and improve customer interaction.
According to Raju Vegesna, Evangelist, Zoho, the APIs for Zoho CRM help partners and customers integrate the data from Zoho to other applications. Zoho officials said is the solution provides a seamless experience between its CRM application and Contactology's e-mail marketing tools. Contactology complements Zoho CRM well and the latest integration provides customers with tight integration between the two applications.
The new importer driver lets Zoho users skip the step of exporting customer data by directly importing contacts into Contactology. It will automatically import personalization data used to increase campaign relevancy through the users' custom field data. In addition, the Contactology importer automatically removes duplicate email entries enabling simple list management.
Since all unsubscribe data is managed within Contactology, there is no need for Zoho CRM users to manage e-mail marketing preferences. Also, the Contactology user interface will send bulk email marketing easily and efficiently. The new importer driver requires no technical integration by Zoho users. The tool can be activated by entering username and password into the Contactology user interface.
Contactology's new import driver enables Zoho users to create attractive html newsletters to send to their list of opt-in subscribers. The Contactology product is designed to provide enterprise-level email marketing capabilities for organizations of any size.
Zoho is a comprehensive suite of on-line business applications used by customers to run their business processes, manage their information and be more productive while at the office or on the go. Zoho is the third CRM importer added to Contactology with more integrations planned for later this year and in 2010. Contactology is the first e-mail marketing provider to allow contact importation from Zoho into an e-mail marketing application.
According to Drew Adams, president of Contactology, Zoho CRM's focus on the SMB market made integration with Contactology a perfect fit. Adams said no other ESP offers an import driver that allows Zoho users to take contacts from their CRM account and import them into an e-mail marketing database.
