BatchBlue Launches BatchBook Web Forms for Small Business Customers
September 02, 2009
BatchBlue Software has announced the launch of "BatchBook Web Forms" to assist small businesses and entrepreneurs in engaging prospective and existing customers. The forms help them with leveraging their social networks with innovative and customizable Web formats that can be modified in accordance with individual target customer’s tastes.
BlueBatch officials said that the new Web formats are for its flagship product – its BatchBook social CRM -- and are available for immediate use to all BatchBook users.
“We’re giving small businesses a chance to reach out to their network in a creative and personal way,” said Pamela O’Hara, president of BatchBlue. “Getting a customer’s name and address isn’t enough. With the customization and social media tools in BatchBook Web Forms, we’re seeing users generate better leads, connect with their customers in social media, and do some easy market research. We can’t wait to see what else our smart customers come up with.”
The company said the forms have been created to be more advanced and intuitive than other basic data-gathering formats since they add new contacts to a custom list and have the flexibility of BatchBook’s SuperTags function, which instantly provides customer-targeted data for more meaningful and relevant insights for reports and search criteria.
“With BatchBook Web Forms I am able to integrate my online marketing activities with my back office tools, which makes me more efficient and more successful,” said Stewart Marshall, founder of Financial Storyteller. “The success of my business is about managing my network and maintaining a continuous awareness of the details. BatchBook helps me maintain my professional image while keeping me up-to-date on my business.”
BatchBlue Software said that the new Web Forms can intelligently extract contacts’ blogs, Twitter feeds, Flickr photos and other social media activity directly into BatchBook by utilizing fields from the Social Media SuperTag, and then the user has the freedom to sculpt the auto compiled Web Forms any which way they deem appropriate.
This strategy of leveraging prospective and existing customers’ social media platforms to customize feed media per individual is aligned with the growing consumer trend which indicates that a high percentage of people turn to social networks to communicate, recommend and seek advice for all sorts of stuff. There are specific Web spaces that leverage social networking recommendations for the hospitality industry, the travel industry, shopping industry, parent-teacher-student study sync up, company marketing strategy, landing venture caps and angelic investors, keep baseball fans entertained, and for pubs.
