Partnerpedia Family from Constructive Now Offers Built-in Lead Management Capabilities

The Partnerpedia family of online partner community solutions from Constructive now offers built-in lead management capabilities. The new built-in features are part of the Partnerpedia Open Community and Private Networks. Constructive provides online partner community solutions designed to increase company business through more effective partner and channel enablement strategies.

The new lead management capability enables Partnerpedia to provide business partners with a secure content portal for B2B collaboration. This in turn allows companies and partners to manage and track sales activities. Partnerpedia is ideal for small and medium businesses (SMBs) that are not ready to implement a full CRM system. According to Mark Sochan, CEO of Constructive, SMBs can take advantage of lead management tools without the worry of additional costs and complexities associated with traditional CRM implementations. Usually, SMBs do not have the financial resources and manpower to implement a lead management system in-house.

Partnerpedia provides a simple and powerful solution to manage sales activities of SMBs. Since it is available as a built-in feature to the Partnerpedia online service, companies need not worry about the complexities or high costs associated with traditional lead management implementation.

Partnerpedia provides a secure, simple and effective way to manage leads across sales teams and partners. Leads can be entered into the system easily and tracked throughout its lifecycle. In addition, sales reps and managers can receive notification of lead status and pipeline reports can be generated instantly to project forecasts.

According to Nathan Greenlee, co-founder and principal of (aTs) al33t solutions, the company is currently using Partnerpedia for its portal and social networking features, and have already seen business coming from the community. The new lead management feature is exciting since it provides an easy and cost-effective way for them to manage sales leads.

The solutions from Constructive combine the power of social networking and online media and provide ways to reach new markets and channels, deliver targeted partner content and campaigns and provide social networking tools to increase partner efficiency.
