Pluto Networks to Resell CallCopy's Call Center Solutions
CallCopy’s (News - Alert) cc:Discover suite bundles call recording, quality monitoring, performance management and survey solutions onto a single platform. The system, which is primarily geared for the call center industry, is delivered via the SaaS (News - Alert) model.

CallCopy provides its partners with the training, sales tools and joint marketing efforts needed to serve their customers and win new business.
Pluto Networks offers services in the areas of VoIP and call centers, WAN acceleration with Riverbed and Fastsoft, and network/organizational security. Also a Riverbed, Fastsoft, Cisco, Qualys, TriGeo (News - Alert), ChaseTek, ProCurve, PointSec and Symantec partner, it serves both the enterprise and SMB markets and claims that it delivers the same service to smaller sized companies that it does to its enterprise customers.
