Wolters Kluwer Financial Services Leverages the Power of Force.com Platform-as-a-Service
By Raju Shanbhag, TMCnet Contributor
Wolters Kluwer Financial Services has deployed Webcom CPQ via the Force.com AppExchange. WebSource CPQ will give Wolters Kluwer Financial Services the ability to configure, price, quote and propose their offerings across multiple sales and distribution channels anytime, anywhere and bridges the gap from opportunity to order.
More than 15,000 financial service organizations depend on Wolters Kluwer to help address compliance and operational risk management issues in areas such as: individual retirement and health savings accounts, privacy, insurance compliance, customer identification, anti-money laundering, and fraud prevention.
By extending opportunity management into quote and proposal management with WebSource CPQ, customers such as Wolters Kluwer Financial Services leverage their investment in Salesforce CRM.
It provides advantages such as ease of configuration and pricing for the sales teams and completeness of forecasting and reporting for management. To extend the benefits of SaaS (News - Alert) applications throughout their enterprises, various customers are using the Force.com AppExchange.
When a company is selling complicated equipment, software or services, WebSource CPQ addresses the complexities raised by multiple product and service choices, sales hierarchy, discounting rules, pricing rules and multiple channels. Apart from leveraging guided-selling and self-service applications, companies automate quoting, revisions, and the approval process.
With the help of WebSource CPQ, companies can generate any document on demand without duplication of effort or data. Also, they can effortlessly move that data from opportunity to order. This helps them to increase revenues and margins, increase customer satisfaction, reduce costs and improve productivity. Companies such as Technogym are using the WebSource CPQ to simplify the quote-to-order process.
“We have been using WebSource CPQ integrated with Salesforce CRM for ComplianceOne which is a highly configurable solution that provides a wide range of features that you can choose from and activate when you need them. We are pleased with the ease of use as our sales people create quotes that are configured accurately, with correct pricing, including renewals and promotional up-sells and cross-sells and consistent supporting documents,” stated Jeffrey Short, vice president of sales at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services.
“WebSource CPQ is a great assist, not just with new business, but converting existing customers to ComplianceOne. We are excited about the next phase of our deployment: the use of the solution covering more of our offerings and extending into the contract document process.”
