Amdocs Announces the Release of Amdocs CES 9.1.

Amdocs (News - Alert), a company offering customer experience systems and services, has recently unveiled the Amdocs CES 9.1., built with new social care, small and medium-sized business (SMB) and multi-play capabilities.

The new Amdocs CES (News - Alert) 9.1, which is labeled as an integrated product suite, allows service providers to intensify customer satisfaction level, personalize every experience based on real-time insight, and allows users to identify the new opportunities such as the SMB market and new lines of business. This new version covers business support systems (BSS), operational support systems (OSS) and network control.

Also, Amdocs social care extends customer care to social network channels, enabling service providers to monitor and rapidly respond to customer complaints and at the same time enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Amdocs SMB is the ideal platform for service providers to surge SMB sales and market share by allowing business bundles across communications and value added services (VAS) such as VPN, business and cloud applications.

Amdocs has also enhanced self-service options and bring your own device (BYOD) capabilities in CES 9.1. Another new feature, Amdocs Multi-Play, provides a real-time view of the customer across all lines of business (such as wireless, wireline, broadband, Pay-TV and cloud services) and all devices (including mobile, fixed and wearable) to deliver a personalized customer experience.
