Pogo Parr, vice president of automotive at Century Interactive said that the integration between the Car Wars and the ELEAD CRM brings all of the dealer’s most important data to the right person at the right time.
Touted as a comprehensive call tracking solution, the Car Wars tracks inbound as well as outbound calls. Company officials said that these calls are recorded and sent to an expert for analysis to determine if the call was handled efficiently or not.
