JABIN Software Unveils iGOfsbo.com SaaS Platform for Real Estate

March 19, 2013

JABIN Software has released the SaaS (News - Alert) platform iGOfsbo.com, expected to serve the needs of real estate end users such as the seller, buyer and real estate agent.

The iGOfsbo system has been designed to support an open free market model, which will help in real estate-related transactions via the SaaS Platform for Real Estate. The iGOfsbo Licensee will be able to charge a fixed fee according to his or her market, and the demands in the real estate market with respect to the buyer and seller.

The name “iGOfsbo” reflects the changes that have taken place in the real estate market. “iGO” refers to the use of online resources, and “fsbo” stands for ‘For Sale By Owner.’ The SaaS platform serves as a sales and marketing system that empowers users with an open, secure marketplace that can be leveraged by both home buyers and home sellers, said officials.

Donald Van Dyne, principal of JABIN Software and an experienced real estate professional, developed the iGOfsbo system to reduce the costs involved in advertising availability or requirements in real estate. The platform facilitates the easy exchange of information, pricing details and ideas between the seller and buyer.

The platform brings together the buyer, seller and the software licensee. The “4 Core Elements” +1 technology of the iGOfsbo system helps transact real estate online covering services, from the creation of a listing to the eventual offer.

The 4 Core Elements cover the seller’s PassBook, the seller’s timeline, the seller’s parameters and the proprietary offer protocol (POP) process. Also, the MyOpenHouseAnytime.com website will serve as a dedicated source to showcase open house videos online, making the service available 24/7.

Other salient features of the offering include zero fees as the broker’s commission, which has been replaced by a fixed fee. This reduces transaction costs for the seller. The buyer also does not pay a commission and uses the system free of charge.

The platform serves the needs of buyers as well, as s/he can see the seller’s Timeline (News - Alert), and appraisal and inspection report, provided by an independent third party that is part of the seller’s PassBook.

All the while, the iGOfsbo Licensee can offer a competitive compensation fee and enhance service delivery without increasing operating costs, added officials.

In related news, BoomTown, a real estate technology company, has launched a new company website called boomtownroi.com. With a fresh new look, streamlined navigation and incredible client success stories, the website better aligns BoomTown’s branding and image with its mission of ensuring real estate success through first-class experiences, and the best customer service in the real estate software industry.
