Benbria Unveils BlazeLoop Mobile Event Engagement Solution for Hotels

Benbria Mobile Event Engagement solution, BlazeLoop, is expected to help hotels improve their event management tasks and realize more revenue. The solution will enable a personalized meeting planner experience for customers by streamlining the execution of meetings and events.

This feature lets them order and track food/beverage, audio/visual and meeting room requests via an easy-to-use menu-based screen view. All requests can be instantly routed to hotel staff for quick action, response and closure.

Since the new solution is cloud-based, hotel event staff can manage event order fulfillment on all properties as it eliminates capital cost and on-going maintenance cost for onsite server deployments.

The intuitive program allows meeting planners and hotel staff to forgo the installation of new software or any additional application, said officials.

Event management becomes easy, owing to increased staff productivity, as BlazeLoop streamlines staff communications and event order fulfillment, allowing staff to multi-task, respond to requests fast and monitor all activities on the backend.

This in turn leads to an enhanced client experience, as even last-minute requests can be managed using a simple, personalized application. Most importantly, event revenue is augmented through the up-sell services of a click-and-order interface.
