Avaya to Promote Symmetrics Business Intelligence Offerings
Avaya (News - Alert) is now the official distributor of Symmetrics Business Intelligence offerings. A wide range of contact center reporting and analysis offerings made available by Symmetrics Business Intelligence will now be promoted via the Avaya Select Product Program.
Customers are provided a more efficient method for ordering third-party applications that are compliant with Avaya via the program. Third-party products whose powerful capabilities can be leveraged by Avaya’s portfolio are marketed by the program.
The Avaya Select Product Program will now offer Symmetrics’ contact center reporting and analysis systems. The software has been tested for conformity with the Avaya Call Management System and Avaya Aura Contact Center. Organizations can incorporate past call-detail data with metrics from applications and systems across the contact center instantaneously using the Symmetrics software, in association with an Avaya platform.
Symmetrics business intelligence offerings can be bought via Avaya and its channel associates. Customers have the option to incorporate explicit capabilities into their current Avaya platform, or buy an entire Avaya-based communications offering integrating Symmetrics’ nVISION Suite.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City is a customer of Avaya and Symmetrics. According to Mark Cowan, senior project manager of Contact Center and Unified Communications (News - Alert) Program Management at Blue Cross Blue Shield, the organization utilizes Symmetrics nVISION Suite with Avaya contact center in order to accomplish the best possible customer service ratings from the plan associates.
