X2Engine, Inc., a company that provides software and cloud hosting services for X2CRM, a next-generation open source sales management system, has rolled out X2CRM Version 2.8.
X2CRM is a sales and marketing application designed exclusively for companies that require a tightly focused customer information system. With a special emphasis on sales force speed and process optimization, according to officials, X2CRM is remarkably compact and easy to use, yet incredibly flexible and cost efficient.
It also offers iPad and Mobile compatibility.
In addition, users may now track activity through an Activity Feed Widget on the right-hand side of the system, providing real-time communication throughout the organization, regardless of where they are in the CRM system.
At the same time, Google Analytics integration is a newly-added feature that helps users with Admin role permissions to track website visitors in real time with Google Analytics within X2CRM.
This feature is an advantage to users that need to see locations of visitors and the amount of time spent on the website, while X2CRM notifies sales representatives of their assigned Contact’s activity. The function may also be used internally by sales managers to track system users’ activity within the application.
