India's Pharmacy Retailer Religare Wellness Deploys FreeCRM.com

With the help of FreeCRM.com, Religare Wellness will have the capability to better identify products that customers are looking for and keep better track of products that are not meeting consumers expectations by capturing important customer and product information through follow up and feedback received in store and online.
In addition, Religare Wellness will leverage this CRM solution to enhance the shopping experience focused on a quality agenda, and information collected from customers through the CRM system.
