3CLogic and LeadMaster Go International with CRM Suite
3CLogic specializes in next-generation call center platforms such as helpdesk solutions, telemarketing, inbound/outbound calls, call blasts, customer care and voice blasts. Since forming, 3CLogic has integrated with other popular CRM software suites such as Salesforce.com, Infusionsoft, Zoho, and SugarCRM (News - Alert). Earlier in the year, 3CLogic added on integration with LeadMaster cloud-based contact center software.
LeadMaster offers a multi-function cloud computing software designed for sales and marketing professionals. Together, the two companies created the ultimate call center platform.
However, access to the suite was limited to residents of the United States. Due to popular demand, the two companies will be releasing a suite compatible in Europe in the coming weeks.
“This is great news for our customers in the UK and rest of Europe. We can now offer a PBX (News - Alert) in-the-cloud solution. You get all the features and functions without having to own the hardware. We want to provide our customers with an easy to use system that is integrated seamlessly; so whether they are a large call center or a small business they have the tools they need,” said Kewal Gupta, managing director for Channel Tools and LeadMaster distributor.
Together, these companies were able to create a fully comprehensive system that lets companies of any size build a virtual contact center, anywhere in the world. It allows for agents to work from home, creating a virtual home office with the need for additional software downloads or hardware. These cloud-based tools allow companies to reduce overhead costs while increasing productivity.
“The system works exactly how you would expect it to. Click on the dial button and it makes a phone call. The LeadMaster system provides sales lead management, CRM, marketing automation, email marketing, and integrated phone dialing. This is a great enhancement for anyone who needs dialing capability from their Cloud Based Lead Management/CRM System,” said Gupta.
