Vana Workforce’s HCM solution is receiving an update, providing new and improved functionality. The human resources and talent management solution is available entirely in the cloud and delivered on the Force.com platform, providing a social and mobile workforce experience.
Vana HCM Release Update 9 provides expanded and new functionality, such as Onboarding and Offer Building modules, so that organizations can manage the entire recruitment process. Still looking for someone to hire? The Candidate Search helps search external and internal candidates, and integrates with Broadbean Search to check job boards and other websites for potential hires.
There’s also the Talent Management feature, which improves goals and performance management. It links goal plans with performance plans, support plan synchronization, and approval processing. The Payroll Connect also has new improvements, supporting the configuration of primary and secondary position indications, as well as multiple compensation components and more.
Vana HCM can work as a stand-alone solution, or be plugged in directly to one’s Salesforce.com (News - Alert) environment. Either way, it can be delivered through the cloud, so there’s no need for additional expenses or hardware installations. According to David Vanheukelom, Vana Workforce’s CEO: “Small and Medium Enterprises can now finally deploy one integrated and organically developed HR and Talent Management Software solution to manage the entire workforce from hire to retire.”
This is a great tool for keeping track of, hiring, and helping employees. It provides a level of automation and convenience that eliminates much of the stress and confusion that HR can deal with, and as it’s available in the cloud, getting and running it are easy to do. Definitely worth a look for those who need help hiring and taking care of employees.
