Five9 Appoints Keith Bennett as Sales Director for CALA

Five9 (News - Alert), a cloud contact center software provider, recently appointed Keith Bennett as sales director for its Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) operations. Five9 is looking to expand its operations in CALA and believes Bennett’s 14 years experience in sales will help the company achieve its goals.

Prior to working with Five9, Bennett led the software sales and consulting at TouchStar (News - Alert) Software. Apart from driving the sales of premise and cloud call center applications, Bennett also developed the company’s cable, newspaper, mortgage, insurance and fundraising vertical markets.

Bennett has also held management positions with Stratasoft (News - Alert) Corporation, TeleDirect International, Aspect Communications, Syntellect and MCI International.
