transcosmos Inc., a provider of overall IT outsourcing services, launched its fourth call center site in the city of Sapporo, Hokkaido Prefecture. The facility is meant to cater to the increase in business volumes in the other three centers and new businesses.
The new call center, “Marketing Chain Management Center Sapporo Odori-Kita” (MCM Center Sapporo Odori-Kita) opened with 300 workstations with plans to expand it to 400 more. The other three transcosmos sites are MCM Center Sapporo Odori-Minami, MCM Center Sapporo Odori-Chuo, and MCM Center at the Sapporo train station.
The new call center is stated to be located at the corner of Ekimae Dori (Street) and Kita Ichijo Dori (Street), which is the main pipe in Sapporo, right in the heart of Sapporo’s business affairs. It’s also in close proximity to both MCM Center Sapporo Odori-Minami and MCM Center Sapporo Odori-Chuo.
transcosmos explained that a company can easily realize the latest needs of a customer by analyzing his or her lifestyle, and its communication capabilities can be improved via numerous customer-oriented marketing practices.
