EmployBridge Streamlines its Online Applications Process with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011
In order to develop and execute an online solution that allows the company to fill “great jobs with great people,” EmployBridge has zeroed in on Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM 2011. EmployBridge developed the Online Applicant Entry (OAE) with the help of Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, Credera.
OAE is a specialty solution using the Dynamics CRM solution that is transparent to end users but supports the entire application process. Credera is a full-service management and technology consulting firm.
With the help of Microsoft’s new solution, EmployBridge’s recruitment process will be completed with an ease. The solution will help the complete job-seeking process, from the candidate's first application to finally matching candidates to jobs.
EmployBridge is the fastest-growing national provider of staffing and workforce solutions. The company offers staffing solutions for a specific number of work areas, including logistics staffing, transportation services, administrative and manufacturing support, accounting services and medical staffing.
“After initially reviewing customer relationship management (CRM) solutions from several providers, we determined that Microsoft Dynamics would be the best solution for our broad range of needs,” said EmployBridge CIO Chris Loope. “Better yet, it leveraged our existing investment in Microsoft technology with our applicant tracking system.”
Before implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, job seekers at EmployBridge had to visit their nearest branch location in person to fill out an application that consisted of several pages, which could take in excess of 20 minutes. This was followed by hours of time-consuming paperwork and processing by EmployBridge employees. With the help of new solution, applicants can now access the application process online at any time, from any computer with an Internet connection.
Applicants are also allowed to electronically "sign" and submit documents such as W-4 forms, which abolishes the need to fax, mail or hand deliver documents that require a signature. EmployBridge integrated the OAE with its other applications to select the best candidates for clients, including pre-employment screening, skills and personality profile testing.

Microsoft has recently renamed its Hotmail e-mail service Outlook.com, as the firm plans to overhaul its free webmail service. The refurbished service will assist sort messages as they arrive and allow users to make Internet calls on Skype (News - Alert).
