Through IDA's new online tool, dentists can easily create a virtual "Post Office” for the various domains for their Websites. Dentists will also be able to set up individual "Mailboxes" for each staff member.

Dentists can use their online Control Panel to include an unlimited number of e-mail addresses, either for a single domain or for all the domains in the event they run multiple dental websites for the purpose of marketing their practice. If there is a change in a dental team member, the relevant e-mail addresses can be easily edited or deleted.
Individual team members can each run their own online mailbox and access their e-mail addresses from several other domains. Doctors who serve across multiple locations or use more than one domain to market their practice will find this feature especially useful.
Doctors already with an e-mail provider are not required to host their e-mail with IDA. To enhance user convenience, IDA provides the “External Hosting” area which allows the doctor to key in the necessary settings that allow him/her to check e-mail online via the “Post Office” area within the Control Panel.
