Noble Systems Announces New Colocation Facility
Noble Systems (News - Alert) Corporation, a company specializing in unified contact center technology solutions, has expanded its base with a new colocation facility that offers secure, offsite centers.
Company officials said that the new facility is housed with data and networking equipment to support the growing demand for cloud-based solutions including Noble Enterprise Hosted, Noble Messenger EC and Noble Cloud EC.
"Acquiring an additional colocation facility was essential to support the growth we’ve experienced in hosted and hybrid contact center solutions,” said Scott Murray, vice president of Hosted Solutions for Noble Systems. “It also sends a clear signal to current and future clients that we don’t compromise on security, redundancy or capacity.”
The PCI (News - Alert)-compliant colocation facility from Noble Systems is equipped with several features including UPS power redundancy, multiple voice (SIP) gateways and carriers for rollover/failover. The facility also features redundant air-conditioning systems, online backups for all equipment, and more.
Noble Systems has equipped all servers with network fault tolerant NIC (News
- Alert) teams, redundant power, and RAID arrays. Also, it is offering additional security and reliability for data and service continuity through its new offsite location.
In business since 1989, Noble Systems launched a contact center technology solution, Noble Enterprise Hosted, in April 2011. Noble Enterprise Hosted solution features all of the advantages and cost benefits of a cloud-based Communication-as-a-Service (CaaS) infrastructure.
In related news, Noble Systems was in news last month when Conn's, Inc, a specialty retailer of consumer electronics, home appliances, furniture, mattresses, computers and lawn and garden products, chose the company’s cloud-based Noble Enterprise Hosted solution to improve customer support services for Conn's collection operations.
