CallPro CRM Bringing Call-Centric CRM to US Market through Global Partner Network
As a part of its new global sales strategy, CallPro CRM, a subsidiary of UK based Quality System Solutions, has launched its new global Partner Program.
The newly launched partner network will allow system integrators, VARs, resellers, and consultants to resell cloud-based CallPro CRM in the US markets.
The company also announced an incentive to attract potential partners. CallPro will be providing $3,900 worth of licenses for the CallPro CRM call-centric CRM software for free to qualified partners. The offer is valid through February 2012, the company said in a press release.
Call Pro CRM has been designed to bridge the gap between call center software, CRM and lead generation campaign management, according to its maker. This cloud-based CRM system has already established its presence in over 33 countries.
Unlike other popular CRM systems that are IT- or management-centric, or have a lot of general catch all features, CallPro CRM is call-centric and has been designed to increase calls, appointments and sales. It is especially designed for sales and calling professionals. Its built-in smart email marketing and campaign management features increase leads. Call Pro CRM makes an ideal solution for both small and large organizations.
“Call Pro CRM is a new category of ‘call-centric’ CRM that bridges the gap between Call Center Software, traditional CRM, and e-Marketing campaign management--with call-centric features and smart e-marketing capabilities never before seen by any other CRM,” Peter Connell, CEO of CallPro CRM noted in a statement.
The highly competitive partner program offers many lucrative features. The partners will enjoy free technical support as well as free product and market training to boost their sales. Partners will also enjoy free software access for internal and employee use.
Above all, the partners will continue to earn commissions throughout the entire duration of a client’s subscription.
CallPro CRM is available as a standalone solution, or as an add-on for existing CRM’s like SalesForce. It is well positioned for existing CRM VARs and new VARs that are looking for a unique approach to get into the CRM space, its maker explained in a press release.
