LexisNexis (News - Alert) Enterprise Solutions recently announced that its LexisNexis InterAction CRM system has been implemented by Albion Ventures. This innovative customer relationship management (CRM) system will help Albion with its deal tracking, relationship management and also its marketing communications.
In a release, Michael Kaplan, partner at Albion Ventures, said that, “Full visibility of a deal's lifecycle is critical to informed decision-making. Given our deal volumes, InterAction is now a key part of our operations. We have the powerful capability of identifying critical business relationships and collectively maximising the entire firm's network of contacts for business advantage and growth. By taking the LexisNexis pre-configured version of InterAction, we have hit the ground running within 20 days.”
LexisNexis will offer a pre-configured version of the InterAction software at a fixed price with an assurance of deployment within a specific time which means organizations don't have to make allowances for project delays. Rapid deployment of the solution means firms have a ready to use solution immediately with extensive capabilities for managing specific business requirements as well as an option for customized the tool based on future requirements.
The new pre-configured version of InterAction has been designed for rapid deployment for venture capital and private equity firms which effectively brings down implementation cost and reduces time for implementation as opposed to the time it takes for deploying traditional CRM solutions.

InterAction delivers unique client relationship intelligence that breaks down the communication and collaboration barriers internally within firms and externally with the larger ecosystem to facilitate deal origination and successful deal flow. Venture capital and private equity firms are awakening to this capability. We are seeing a strong demand for InterAction across our geographies today.”
In other news, three UK and European mid-market private equity firms have opted for LexisNexis InterAction as their customer relationship management tool of choice.
LexisNexis UK is a global provider of content-enabled workflow solutions. Its InterAction will enable these three firms to identify, uncover and leverage existing relationships.
