Dell Empowers Schoolwires with its Integrated CRM Solutions

In order to help improve efficiencies across the sales organization, Schoolwires, a provider of web-based solutions, selected Dell's (News - Alert) integrated CRM solutions,which is uniquely packaged to offer turnkey, end-to-end services while leveraging existing software and technology investments.

The integration of Dell's solution, according to company officials, will give account team members access to real-time data. This will help identify school districts that would benefit from these solutions.

Schoolwires will also be able to connect salesforce.com's Sales Cloud to Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics, which is being used by its customer support organizations. It will be thus better positioned to grow its business and support the critical needs of the K-12 education community.

According to Eicher, Dell's integrated CRM solutions with salesforce.com's Sales Cloud and Dell Boomi will allow the seamless integration of sales and professional services organization, which in turn would help serve the needs of a growing customer base.

Schoolwires evaluated various CRM and integration offerings and chose Dell for its comprehensive, end-to-end Dell services and Dell Boomi integration.

Paulette Altmaier, vice president and general manager at Global Small and Medium Business Solutions, Dell, said in a press release, "Their selection of our integrated CRM offer with turnkey end-to-end services validates the growing market need for total cloud solutions."
