KnowledgeTree Introduces New Offer for SugarCRM Customers
KnowledgeTree, the online document management solution provider, recently announced a new offer for customers of SugarCRM (News - Alert), the world's fastest-growing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) company.
“Today's businesses depend on contracts, proposals, and other documents to get work done,” said John Thorne, chief operating officer for KnowledgeTree. “Better managing and organizing these critical documents delivers massive productivity gains to sales, marketing, and service organizations. That's why we're excited to partner with SugarCRM on this offer.”
Officials from the company announced that SugarCRM customers can boost productivity for document-led business processes by instantly activating their free KnowledgeTree software-as-a-service account, which includes 12-month, 10-user business-class document management suite.
“CRM and document management go hand-in-hand, and the offer will let end-users see the benefits of the KnowledgeTree and SugarCRM integration first-hand,” said Jeff Campbell, SugarCRM vice president of worldwide sales and customer advocacy. “We enable our end-users to gain and retain customers, and by adding a document management component to the mix, end-users will have access to client-focused documents that are updated in real-time. This helps sales teams have the latest and greatest insights into who their customers really are.”
KnowledgeTree recently introduced a technology that allows companies to choose the deployment model that makes sense for their organization’s document management needs. The Private Cloud edition of KnowledgeTree’s Document Management tools allows companies to decide if they want to deploy software-as-a-service in a secure public cloud or on-premise in a virtualized, private cloud environment.
Management of business documents is important and today companies need business-class tools for managing documents that have the fast time-to-value of cloud-based technologies. This challenge is addressed by Knowledge Tree’s new Private Cloud edition that enables users to organize, manage, and collaborate on business documents.
Thanks to easy deployment, companies can instantly launch a SaaS (News
