TreeHouse's Reseller View PRM Offering Integrates with MS Dynamics CRM

In order to help manage critical partner relationships and optimize the partner management processes,

TreeHouse Interactive released a new integrated offering, Reseller View, a partner relationship management (PRM) offering for Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM.

“We were seeing channel organizations begin to use Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the marketplace, so it made sense to integrate,” said Erich Flynn, CEO, TreeHouse Interactive, and added, “One of our primary goals has always been to give channel teams what they need to make their partners successful.”

The Reseller View PRM offering, according to company officials, is the most complete solution available and has all the features to support and manage partner network. It automates partner on-boarding and allows seamless flow of information, partners can receive leads directly from Microsoft Dynamics CRM from within the portal, and it offers a password protected enterprise-class web portal that is customizable.

In addition, the company stated that TreeHouse PRM can scale from a few partners to tens of thousands worldwide and can also support virtually any language. It is fast to implement, compatible with many CRM solutions and ensures that different content is delivered to different types of partners across the globe.

Mike Stinson, vice president worldwide marketing for Motion Computing noted that Reseller View PRM is capable of closely integrating with user CRM data. As a result, during transitioning CRM platforms, it supports both platforms making the transition to Microsoft Dynamics CRM seamless for worldwide partners without losing important features.
