PivotLink Intros Retail Customer Performance Management Application
PivotLink has unveiled its PivotLink Customer Performance Management application, a solution that allows online and omni-channel retailers to improve Customer Lifetime Value.
According to PivotLink, their Customer Performance Management application is designed for retailers who want the ability to generate custom, discrete segments of their customer base that share similar characteristics. This enables the retailer to outperform the competition by identifying loyal, profitable customers or underserved groups to better determine how to market to them. PivotLink Customer Performance Management includes straight-forward guided action planning designed for the business user.
Speaking on this occasion, Bruce Armstrong, president & CEO, PivotLink, said, "A major transformation is happening in retail as companies shift to a customer-centric model and adopt next generation analytic solutions that make customer, product and sales data more actionable."
The company has also announced that it has gone further with its expansion strategy by acquiring Acteea, Inc., a privately-held provider of SaaS (News
