Bioderma Spain Adopts Cegedim Relationship Management's Mobile Intelligence CRM Solution

A provider of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for the life sciences industry Cegedim Relationship Management will now be providing Bioderma Spain with a CRM tool that will enable the leading dermocosmetic company to achieve its goal of offering the most comprehensive and patient centric solutions to skin care.

In an effort to strengthen its market access strategies, Bioderma Spain is upgrading to Mobile Intelligence for iPad SaaS (News - Alert), as its centralized CRM platform. Bioderma is going to leverage Mobile Intelligence for iPad via Software as a Service for its Specialty commercial team and head office in Spain.

In addition, Cegedim will also provide the leading skin care company with OneKey, the world-leading healthcare professional database, as well as Help Desk services.

Spanish pharmaceutical and biotech companies are currently operating through fragmented national and regional health system characterized by the existence of multiple complex spheres of influence, according to company officials. As such, companies are on the lookout for more perceptive CRM solutions that can support their multi-channel approach to stakeholders that operate within such a complex framework.

In these types of markets, companies are required to meticulously track interactions and map stakeholder influence networks. According to Cagedim, its Mobile Intelligence platform provides pharmaceutical companies with a CRM tool that can offer seamless flexibility, robust cross-functionality and superior data management services.

The Cagedim CRM solution will give the company a single, comprehensive picture of the entire organization’s customer interactions. This in turn will help Bioderma penetrate the influence networks after analyzing the customer-activity pattern.

Leveraging the solution’s centralized platform,  the Bioderma commercial team expects to improve its cross-functional capability. In addition, an improvement in the overall collaboration throughout the company’s business structure is also expected.

Earlier this week, Cegedim Relationship Management announced the selection of its Mobile Intelligence by  Effik Spain is deploying Mobile Intelligence for iPad via Software as a Service for its Specialty Care team.
