Small Businesses Now to Benefit from Infusionsoft Social Media Features

Infusionsoft has added  a new set of social media features to its all-in-one sales and marketing software targeted at small businesses. The 8000 small business owners with Infusionsoft will now be able to share their content in a social manner. They will be able to gather leads from various social media channels and have the chance to check on the efficacy of social activities and then initiate socially based behavior reactions.

Another introduction by Infusionsoft has been the new sales CRM features which recently completed a serious overhaul with its e-commerce platform.

In a release, Richard Tripp, Infusionsoft VP of Product and Strategy, said, "The features we build are not about industry hype. Our team spent hundreds of hours engaging with small businesses so we were crystal clear on the benefits they want from social media. Our new social media features allow small businesses to extend their marketing reach to their social network, and their networks' network. Infusionsoft takes it a step further giving small businesses a system to centralize and take action on the leads that bubble-up from social media activity."

One the key feature you can expect is a better visibility with what is happening on your social websites. Through Infusionsoft, your content will find its way to Facebook (News - Alert) and Twitter. Clients will also be able to include a share button on their emails and web forms. This will help in triggering automated actions. Users will also be able to include socially relevant snippets to their mails and viewers can show their appreciation by liking or sharing the content. All activity on these social networking forums will also be measured and you can opt for a variety of reports. 

Infusionsoft’s e-commerce platform should further enhance and simplify the online shopping experience . The set-up process appears to be quick and easy and customers seem satisfied with the overall shopping experience.
