BestFit Rolls-Out Xactly Express Inside Their Salesforce CRM Deployment

January 06, 2012

BestFit – a mobile strategy and application developer – will be implementing Xactly (News - Alert) Corp.’s sales compensation management software Xactly Express inside their Salesforce CRM deployment, quoted a recent press release.

According to the release, Xactly Express will provide BestFit’s sales rep with the ability to estimate deals, gain real-time view into sales performance. Precisely, Xactly Express improves BestFit’s sales rep visibility and results, because it is the industry’s first self-service sales compensation management software designed specifically for SMBs.

As a mobile strategy and application developer, BestFit Mobile has been working with companies as well as brands to help create their mobile strategy roadmap and develop the applications that their employees and customers use on popular mobile phones and hand-held devices such as the iPhone (News - Alert), iPad, Android and Blackberry.

Wesley Poth, sales director of BestFit Mobile, said in a press release, “When we took a look at sales, we realized we weren’t giving our reps all the information they needed to do their jobs better and more efficiently.”

With the help of Xactly Express, BestFit will be able to provide reps end-to-end visibility into customer activity – from the initial point of contact to the final sale. The system will not only eliminate current spreadsheet based processes, but it will also facilitate reps to check statements online quickly, which in turn eliminates time-consuming shadow accounting and lessening accounting disputes.

Poth added, “We are a strong believer in using cloud-based technologies to transform our internal business processes and help our team work smarter…With Xactly Express we will be able to provide our sales reps the ability to view their performance and estimate deals in real-time. Giving reps this level of data and helping them understand what they need to do to meet or exceed quota is a powerful proposition that will not only aid in motivating the sales team, but in hopefully driving better bottom line results for the company as well.”

Additionally, the Xactly Express will help sales management to easily pull reports and view overall and individual rep performance anytime. This will allow them to identify and resolve potential performance issues at the point and time of need.

According to the release, BestFit Mobile plans to implement and roll-out Xactly Express to its eight person sales team this month.

“Sales compensation is often one of the biggest cost centers in an organization. Yet it is often mismanaged and not optimized to its full potential,” said Chris Newton, vice president of marketing, Xactly Corporation. “Xactly Express enables emerging businesses, like BestFit Mobile, to cut internal inefficiencies and save time, while enhancing sales rep performance – all in a cost-effective and easy to use solution that is geared specifically towards the needs of SMBs.”
